Can multiple people use one BSXinsight?

YES, your BSXinsight can connect to multiple accounts, multiple phones, and add activities to different dashboards. The most important thing to remember is always use the same log in on the phone app, as the account you want to sync THAT activity with. This means, if you're letting someone else, who also set up a free account on www.bsxinsight.com use your device, be sure and sync all of your new activities to your account first, or they could be lost. Also, when they give the device back, they need to sync their activities with THEIR account first, or they could be lost.

 

  • User 1, create an account on www.bsxinsight.com
  • User 1, log into the phone app, using that same login/PW from the website
  • User 1, do their activities/assessments and then dock and click sync, when logged into the User 1 bsxinsight.com account

 

  • User 2, create an account on www.bsxinsight.com
  • User 2, log into the phone app, using that same login/PW from the website
  • User 2, make sure User 1 has synced their activities on User 1's account, or they may be lost
  • User 2, do their activities/assessments and then dock and click sync, when logged into the User 2 bsxinsight.com account
