Once you’ve placed an order through store.BSXinsight.com, you will receive an email from us including your order confirmation number. Once your BSXinsight ships, you will receive another email with the update and tracking number.
We work hard to keep manufacturing up with sales, but sometimes growth and demand get us behind. If it becomes significant, we will update the store to reflect this. In most cases, we ship within 2 business days .
If your delivery address is located within the continental United States and you selected free shipping, your order has shipped via USPS. You can track shipping information here.
*We are aware that some USPS tracking numbers are showing up as "invalid" when checking status on the USPS web site. Rest assured your order has shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.
Please also note that “delivery confirmation” in the right hand column does not indicate that a package has been delivered; this indicates that you will see a delivery confirmation on the site once your package has been delivered. The delivery confirmation will include the date and time delivery was attempted.
If your delivery address is outside of the continental United Stated or if you selected express shipping, your order has shipped via FedEx.
