I can't connect my BSXinsight to my phone

Please refer to our phone connection guide

-Be sure and have the latest app from the app store

-Check for firmware updates, by docking and opening the desktop app

-Your BSXinsight must be in "wake" mode (green LED) to connect

-The battery must be charged

-If nothing else is working, try a magnet reset
